- 95% Undenatured Protein
- Slow Absorption of amino acids into the bloodstream

I can not drink this…literally
By: Andy Hrelja on 21 October 2023Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with the taste. It’s rather plain really. Pleasant enough. The problem I have is that it literally cannot be drunk as a liquid. I have tried milk, water, coconut water and each time after less than 30s mixing it turns into a very firm pudding like consistency. I’ve been eating it out of my shaker with a spoon. Lately I’ve given up on the shaker. I just put it in a cup, stir it with a spoon then use the same spoon to just eat it. So I’m a bit conflicted as to how to rate it. 0/5 for drinkability, 4/5 for the fact it has barely any taste. So I’ll give it a 3/5 overall. Just keep in mind that if you like to drink your protein shakes, don’t use this. But if you want a quick and easy high protein pudding, this is probably your pick.
