Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 30 day no hassle returns on all our products from the purchase date of your order (with the exception of 20kg products) for a full refund minus any incurred shipping costs. Simply email us to recieve a Return Merchandise Authorisation number and then return the product(s) within 30 days of your purchase. Returned merchandise must be unused (unless faulty), sealed and in original packaging. You must also return any free promotional items you received with your original order. Shipping is paid for and arranged by the sender.
Damaged Items
We take care to ensure items are packed and dispatched safely from our warehouse. However accidents can happen, especially during transit. So if you do receive damaged goods please email us a photo along with your order information within 24 hours, so we can forward it to the courier, and have them pick up the damaged item(s) or we may need you to send them back to us via Australia Post (regular post) which we will reimburse you for. Please make sure the product(s) are taped back up in the packaging they came in and ready to be sent back. Once received back to us we will ship a replacement or refund you within 1-3 working days.
Incorrectly Received Items
Unfortunately being human, our distribution team is not perfect, but they do have an accuracy rate of 99.9%, so if you are one of the 0.1% to receive any incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with any photos if possible. We will then arrange for a courier to have them picked up or we may need you to send them back to us via Australia Post (regular post) which we will reimburse you for. Once returned we will have the correct items shipped back out to you.
Lost Items
If for any reason your order, once it has been shipped from our facility, is lost in transit by our shipping provider we shall replace or refund your order once our shipping provider acknowledges it as lost or within 60 days from the purchase date. Whichever happens to come first.
