This is my favourite protein for making perfect protein pancakes, no need for oats or a blender. Ingredients: 1 scoop of natural elite 3.0, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 40ml of water. Mix ingredients in a bowl then cook like regular pancake batter. (Makes two medium sized pancakes.)

I keep coming back to this clean blend of protein powder because it just makes my digestion a whole lot happier. There's no sickly sweet taste just a natural slightly sweet taste and it tastes great just blended with almond milk, though I love it mixed through coconut yogurt and mixed into my porridge too.

I have been using professional whey products for some time now. I did a lot of research to find a product like Elite 3.0 protein blend that suits me for what I do and what I want to achieve. I definitely didn't want any chemical or numbers for ingredients to take. This is one massive reason why i use professional whey, I love taking Elite 3.0 protein blend after a work out or even have in it in my morning breakfast smoothie. It taste great, it's clean and has a high quality protein content which doesn't leave you bloated. I should start by saying I use protein to assist recovery in between cycling training and racing sessions, so I can't comment towards the building of bulk. What I can say is that I've used numerous different proteins and this one stands out for a couple of reasons: The first, it works. My legs feel great even after multiple back-to-back sessions. My recovery and performance becomes very noticeable against team mates the more days we string together. The second and a big factor for me, it doesn't give me chronic sweats after consumption. This is important for 2 reasons: 1) Reduces my chance of cramping while riding & 2) It's embarrassing rocking up to work looking like I dried my shirt in a rain forest and/or have developed boobs thanks to peck sweat. All up, love the product. PS Mixes well with water or milk & cinnamon is my favorite flavor, can't taste any mint in the cacao mint.

Finally a product that is true to its word. I have tried many protein powders that have promised to be easy on the tummy but have all failed. I gave up on protein powders for a few years as I just figured my tummy could not take any type of protein powder. I have had both vanilla and chocolate in the Elite which I mix with water and I am not sure which I like the best. Not overly sweet and both have a yummy subtle flavour to them. I cannot say enough about Professional Whey as not only is the product the best but the customer service is spot on too. Don't hesitate to try this product as I did because it is worth every cent.

Don't overspend on inferior or specialist products when you require a balanced protein powder for any time of the day or night. I keep coming back to Elite 3.0 for it's simplicity and value. One of my favourite meals, generally taken pre-workout, is a scoop of Elite 3.0 Organic Cacao in 50-100mL of water, poured on top of hot steel-cut oats. Delicious, anabolic bliss!

I can't even remember what internet rabbit hole eventually led me to Professional Whey but I'm glad I got here. High quality product, with ethical ingredients, at a reasonable price. I've had the natural, vanilla, and cocoa flavours of the Elite 3.0 and they've all mixed well and digested easily. The only improvement would be that I find the vanilla to be slightly oversweetened.

Being a Nutritional Medicine student, I have found that products from this company, Professional Whey have been by far the best quality supplements on the market especially this Elite 3.0. This product over the years seem to improve more and more hence now using Free Range Egg White Powder & having more organic flavours in their range (also sucralose free!). I personally take the Natural Flavour which I mix and blend in my smoothies without being restricted to a certain flavour. Though is you're someone who is after a bit more flavour than you definitely wouldn't go wrong in buying a flavoured Elite 3.0.

This protein is by far the best tasting protein powder I've ever experienced! I take it 3 times a day and I find myself looking forward to the occasion every single time. I buy the vanilla flavour which to me tastes like cookie dough, especially when I have it with my granola. Sits in my stomach well late at night for that pre-bed protein hit, and with the knowledge of the 3 different acting proteins being digested, I rest easy knowing it's going to be releasing steadily all night. I wake up feeling refreshed, repaired & ready to tackle the gym & jiu jitsu class every week day! Cannot give this protein enough thumbs up.

Perfect in between meals or if you're practicing intermittent fasting as it keeps you fuller for longer with no bloat. Mixes perfectly with water or almond milk, even without the metal ball, and doesn't have an overbearingly sweet taste. Great product!

This product is a must for any person training, male or female. My boyfriend and I have this as a staple. It tastes great, mixes well with both milk or water, and even blends well into a proetein smoothy. The taste is a little like cocoa powder but we actually love the taste as it doesn't tsate manufactured.The protein mixed with milk is not too heavy like other products and it fills you up for quite a long time. Highly recommend the product!! Also, love the fact that it gets shipped straight to my door and I don't need to be home to collect it!!! Thanks team!!

Great All Round Protein

Having been doing weight training for about a year since finishing school for rugby, I had tried a variety of protein powders, especially common brands such as ON. Nothing compares to this. It tastes cleaner, I don't get the stomach bloat following shakes and blends well with milk. Taste is great, like real cocoa, not fake chocolate milkshakes like most do. Only problem is the scoop's handle is quite small, and the powder causes almost a coating on the scoop so it will get on your hands slightly when taking out of the packet. However has provided the best results and consistency of any Whey I have tried to date. Definitely recommend for those playing sport and using as recovery as well as muscle gain.

Never changing protein again

Last time I opted for the vanilla 3.0 blend, however this time I purchased the chocolate and am extremely happy. With adding just water you get a viscous chocolate milkshake without the added sugar and garbage. Would definitely recommend.
