Top product
By: Elizabeth Hannigan on 23 June 2019Creatine is one of the most researched supplements on the market. As an older person, it is beneficial whether you workout or not. I take only 3 g for overall heath everyday.

It's creatine
By: James Blaauw on 31 August 2016I've been taking regular creatine monohydrate for years as well as the more expensive Creapure variant, and I don't think there's any difference except in the price. This product is good, it's cheap and it works as advertised.

Great product, awesome company
By: Rich on 6 March 2016Great product, really good price and friendly company to deal with. Really pleasantly surprised, will go back for more and more. Creatine is good stuff, it feels like cheating! Courier was a bit slow but that is the only possible improvement.

Creatine works and it is cheap.
By: Justin Cooper on 2 March 2016Excellent value high quality Creatine. It will give you more power, increase your reps, help your recovery and generally help your physique when coupled with training. Personally I find that if its dissolved in warm water with a touch of cordial it goes down nicely. For less than the cost of six pack of stubbies you can get three months of creatine help on your journey to your own six pack. This well established , proven and above all cheap supplement is a great help getting to where I wanna be condition wise. IMHO a great addition to supplementation along with whey and fish oil.

Seems to work well and the price is right
By: Vai Gokhale on 29 February 2016Its hard to get scientific about the results with sample size of one person but I think this has helped me with my strength training. And the price is really good considering the quality that Professional Whey products have.

Cheap creatine, 'nuff said
By: Steven Fernandez on 20 February 2016It's creatine and it's cheap, what else could you ask for? There's no argument to it's effectiveness, no point in spending more money for pretty packaging.

Finally - I can afford this
By: Barry Jessen on 3 February 2016I have trained fairly consistently for years but being a single income family and now working overseas in aid work - I could never afford this and so never got what I see as the full benefit of my training. I can't wait to get started and then keep going - thanks! Bj

Excellent Creatine
By: Heath Yeager on 26 August 2013Bit grainy but just takes a rinse of the glass. Was amazed to find no stomach upset like i've had with other creatine products. All the standard creatine benefits; better pumps, less lags in aerobic performance and off course mass gain ;D

creatine
By: alex fowler on 31 July 2013ever since i have started using this product i have seen real results, i can lift more, i have more size and all round very god results from this product. how ever its hard to know how much to take because there is no scoop inside and you don't want to overdose. i have also found that it doesn't dissolve very easily sometimes, other times there hasn't been a problem.

This Creatine
By: Vaughan Elphick on 22 July 2013Is good, look it is suppose to be micronised but it seems more thick than other micronised products I have used as someone else has said on here, does that make it less of a performer? Not to me, I mix it with NZ Whey Concentrate and cannot notice any difference, still dissolves fine and no taste and seems to work fantastic just like all of professionalwhey's products do. Got it on special and in bulk so awesome price that cannot be beaten.

Major energy booster and post work out powder.
By: Len Chandler on 7 July 2013This amazing product boosts energy levels when you most need such as working out in a gym for muscle gain not to mention its powerful recovery properties after a workout. This virtually tasteless product mixes easily with protein powders. I also use Creatine Monohydrate in conjunction with amino acids such as Glutamine and protein powders such as USA Whey Protein Isolate and I've achieved stunning results (5kg muscle mass) within 3 months.

Pristine Product, no BS
By: cameron perry on 3 July 2013If you’re shopping for creatine the chances are you know it works. What might surprise you is the astounding amount of real science behind such claims. That being a given, this product still stands out as a pure and unadulterated example in a market clambering for differentiation. Typical of Professional Whey, the product isn’t compromised by ‘enhancements’ and just contains what really works and nothing else. PW aren’t trying to reinvent the wheel, just provide clean, honest product without the bullshit and hype in a saturated market. They, and this product, stand out by not trying to stand out. #businessforlife

Good product!
By: Ellen Ant on 15 February 2013I'm a big user of creatine (in other forms), but had never tried monohydrate due to the supposed negative side-effects that have been reported. However I was pleasantly surprised with this product! NO negative side effects at all! It has a chalky texture which dissolves quite quickly and has a very slight taste - not unpleasant at all! Best of all, I feel it "loads" into the muscles quite well as I use it twice a day, and I definitely feel a negative difference in my training when I DON'T use it. It is also reasonably priced.
