Training with heavy weights (mostly olympic) and transitioning to a lower meat diet, after a couple of months I really lost my ability to keep up the volume. Within around two weeks of taking this, I am back to where I was, feeling more motivated, upping the weights and back to the same volume of training.

Since adding Ajinomoto IBCAA to my pre and post workout shakes, I have definitely noticed a difference with recovery. Highly recommended for serious trainers who tend to train with a higher volume in the gym.

The Ajinomoto® IBCAA's are very easy to mix and digest. I use them before, during and after workouts with just water and a little flavouring of my choice. A 5g serve mixes instantly when shaken or stirred and once a little flavour is added you can only taste what you have used. Even to consume natural without flavouring and only water is still not too bad, I have done a couple of times and is easily tolerable. The quality of ingredient and minimal packaging surpasses the rest of the market. it does its job and that whats you want.

i use it for pre/intra/post workout… mix it with some fruit juice during a training session.. mix perfectly and it works.
