Raw Fermented Cod Liver Oil is lacto-fermented and gently extracted without heat over a period of 6 months to 1 year.
A substantial amount of today's cod liver oil is produced from farmed fish, however here the cod liver oil comes from MSC certified sustainable cod fish that are wild caught in the Alaska region.
