Serving size = 1 Scoop / 30g
Directions: Mix One Scoop 30g (included in bag) in 300ml of milk, cold water or your favourite beverage in a shaker or blender until powder is dissolved.
Consume 1-3 servings per day or as recommended by your physician or licensed nutritionist.
Suggested Use: We suggest consuming approximately 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight per day. A healthy way to do this is to eat high protein foods, and supplement the balance with Professional Whey protein powder.
For Best Results: Consume your daily intake of protein over several small meals. Gain maximum benefit by consuming pre workout and/or post workout.
Top Tip: Add raw cacao, cinnamon, vanilla or any other natural flavouring and sweeten with stevia leaf powder or stevia extract for a great tasting protein shake. Alternatively add some superfoods such as Maca or Acai to increase the nutrient and energy content of your shake.
