Stabilises Blood Sugar Levels
Organic Cinnamon has the ability to regulate blood sugar levels and help with insulin sensitivity, with several research studies suggesting that this helps with weight control and decreasing heart disease.
Heart Disease Organic Cinnamon may strengthen the cardiovascular system and shield the body from heart related disorders. It is believed that the calcium and fibre that cinnamon contains provides protection against heart disease.
Lowers LDL Cholesterol
Research has shown that consuming ½ teaspoon of cinnamon per day can lower LDL (Low density lipoprotein) Cholesterol.
Muscle and Joint Pain Relief: Those who consume organic cinnamon on a regular basis often report that their muscle and joint pain, as well as stiffness, is reduced or even eliminated. In one study, ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon taken with 1 tablespoon of honey before breakfast resulted in a significant relief in arthritis pain.
