Placing an Order

You can order securely via Paypals very own secure payment system which offers you buyer protection whether using paypal or your credit card. N.B You do not need a paypal account to use your credit card through Paypal. Alternatively you can pay by Bank Transfer which leaves you at no risk as you can do this securely through your banks secure website.

To place an order simply click on the relevant product you are interested in purchasing, use the drop-down menu and choose your selection of size or weight etc prior to clicking on the button .  You can then either continue shopping or go to checkout and finish with your choice of payment – Paypal or Bank Transfer. Once your order is placed you will recieve an email from us confirming your order, address and order number. Your order number is your reference with us when communicating with us about your order.

Shipping Costs

We charge a $12 flat rate nationwide for all orders. No matter how many items you order.

All deliveries are within Australia ONLY (except for Vibram FiveFingers or orders under 750g please enquire for international shipping rates). All orders are insured, tracked and sent via courier. For security reasons we require a signature on delivery, unless stated differently. We also use AusPost for PO Box addresses and some rural addresses and if explicity stated. However this may incur additional costs.

Same Day Despatch

All orders completed before 2pm (AEST) will be processed and dispatched on the same working day. Although we will do our best to dispatch orders made after 2pm (AEST), they will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

 

PO Boxes and rural areas will be posted through Registered or Express Post.

Packaging is of the highest quality to ensure safe shipment, protection and freshness of the product.

 

Delivery Times

All Parcels require a signature from us unless you request otherwise. Therefore if you are not able to sign for your protein powder, supplements or vibramfivefingers the Courier or AusPost will leave a card for you to arrange an alternative time for delivery.

Returns Policy

We offer a 100% Guaranteed No Hassle Returns on all our products (with the exception of 20kg protein bags).

Simply contact us and return the product within 14 days. Receipt is required for all refunds. Returned merchandise must be unused unless faulty and in original packaging.
