FAQ’s
1. Why are there two colours of Chia and why mix them? Like many things, there are different varieties (whey protein, for example) with their own unique properties – it's thought that the black seed has more of the mineral boron (for bones) and that the white seed is slightly higher in Omegas. 2. Can I take too much? Some people with sluggish bowels find that initially Chia in amounts exceeding the serving suggestion can ‘bind them up' further – so always add any superfood SLOWLY to your diet ! 3. Is it certified organic? Not yet, but with no natural pests, no pesticides are used.
